No, we do not require a minimum order quantity. However, please note that a shipping fee of $14.95 will be applied to all orders below $349. Orders exceeding this amount qualify for free shipping.

Your order will typically arrive within 3-7 days from the placement date. We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, not including Canadian federal holidays. Please note, our distribution centers do not ship on weekends or the following holidays:

While we aim to fulfill cancellation requests, once an order has shipped, cancellation is not possible. If you need to cancel, please note that most orders may be canceled within one hour of placement.

If you're not fully satisfied with your SALONORY purchase, Henkel allows returns of new or gently used products for a full refund to the original payment method in most situations. To start a return, contact your Schwarzkopf direct sales representative or fill out the Contact Us form with your return item details. For damaged, defective items, or incorrect products received, please include photos in your request for a quick resolution.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you were required to send your items back by mail, returns parcels are typically received within 10–14 business days. After we receive your item, we'll process the refund. The refund may appear on your credit statement within 3–5 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
